Tour Guides offer a number of accompanied walks. We have a number of qualified Tour Guides, each of whom has specialist knowledge of the area.
Each year our guides arrange a series of seasonal walks through different parts of the woodland. A chance to marvel at the winter snows, catch a glimpse of the first spring flowers, experience the evening sunsets, or shuffle through the autumn leaves all in the company of an experienced and knowledgeable guide. Each walk ends with a tasty treat at Beechenhurst Lodge ranging from hot soup and crusty rolls to sumptuous cream teas, all included in the price.
The following applies to all walks:
- Suitable for all ages and abilities.
- Vegetarian option available (please advise at time of booking).
- Walks last for approximately 2 hours.
- Wheelchairs and buggies can be catered for (please advise at time of booking).
- Dogs are welcome on leads.
- Stout footwear and waterproofs advised.
- Sorry no unaccompanied children
